The Phenomenal project has been delayed for the past few years as Jeff completed FAST Screenplay. With his recent TED Talk "Expand Your Imagination Exponentially", Jeff hopes to reignite the Phenomenal project. DETAILS OF THE SPECIAL
PRE-PUBLICTION OFFER

For a limited time, we are making this very special pre-order offer for the Limited Edition printing of Phenomenal. A maximum of 5,000 books will be printed, each including special Limited Edition footers throughout the book, plus 2 “secret pages” of bonus content that will not appear in future editions. The first 1,000 books purchased will be individually signed by the author with a personal note to the name of the person indicated by the purchaser.

Orders will be taken strictly on a first-in, first served basis. To avoid conflict, the chronology of the orders will be based entirely upon the email datestamp provided on the receipt on the order. In the event of a dispute or two orders placed at the same time, the first-in shall be determined at our sole discretion. When 5,000 books have been sold, the Limited Edition offer will be finished. In the event of a customer paying for a book after the offer has finished, it will be refunded immediately.

When the offer has finished, new customers will be referred to the waiting list. The waiting list will be assembled in chronological order exactly as described above.

Any orders placed prior to printing shall be fully refundable at any time prior to printing (which will be indicated by a specific blog post entitled “Phenomenal Goes to the Printer”). If there is a waiting list from which the customer’s position can be replaced, the full refund offer will remain in effect throughout the offer. If there is no waiting list at the time of printing, any orders placed prior to printing will not be refundable until after the book has been delivered. Any pre-order that is canceled will irrevocably lose its place in the queue, and the next customers will each move up a slot. If you are moved from 1,001st position to 1,000th position (so that you are now entitled to a signed copy), you will be notified of your new status.

When the book is delivered, any person who purchased the Limited Edition of Phenomenal through this website’s pre-order offer shall be entitled to a full refund within 60 days of delivery. If you read it and don’t like it, you may return it within 60 days for a full refund, including shipping costs. The returned book must be undamaged and in “excellent” condition (if you don’t break it or spill anything on it, you can read it through a couple times and you’ll be fine), and you must return the Limited Edition version.

This offer does not extend to any books purchased through other avenues, even if those books are Limited Edition copies that were not sold through this offer (if, for example, we don’t sell all 5,000 copies through this offer). Refunds will only be paid to the original purchaser via the method of payment used during the original purchase, and only if the returned book includes the full original purchase details, including receipt number, so that we can verify its authenticity as a Limited Edition pre-sale offer purchase.

And for the record, we won’t be stingy. If you pre-order the book and don’t like it, we will happily refund your money, and will not skirt around technicalities looking for away to avoid refunding you. If you legitimately purchase it, and take care of the copy you return, we’ll refund immediately.

If you don’t wish to return the book, we will ask (but not require) that you visit a page on this website (which will be sent with the book) indicating that you have decided to keep it. That will help us finish up the offer as early as possible, particularly since we know this is all a moot point anyway — you’re going to love this book.
